This expansive desert covers the southern half of Reithe and is very different from its counterpart on the other end of the Sliabh mountains, the Pikwata desert. This desert is home to an abundance and wide variety of species, as well as unique geological features

The distance between the Sliabh mountains in the west and the Ehkehki mountains in the east is 892 miles
