Rosemonde is the Trader's Guild Representative for the AotEA station, overseeing guild merchants that operate in the academy market. She has an office on the fourth level, overlooking the center hall. She is a practical and smooth-talking merchant, and keeps the markets running with a reasonable amount of corruption. Rosemonde works hard to ensure that the more publically visible corruption is dealt with harshly, giving the general sense that the market operates very fairly
