Aolcholoch is the only completely above ground Carragh city, and capitol of Fjall. Though important to Fjall culturally, the city sees few outsiders and is not what most Terrans think of as typical for Fjall, which is shaped more by Marmair. Fjall tends to prefer to stay out of the affairs of the world, and this isolation preserves a unique culture in Aolchloch. The city has a sizeable human population, though there is no distinction made between the Carragh and Human citizens, which that no other community has realized
