Dawn's kiss

Description: This ground moss grows only on stone and is purple or blue in color, depending on the mineral content on which it is found. It can be found in a wide range of climates and is also resistant to salt water environments
Lifespan: 318 years
Size: No more than 5 inches tall, covering large swaths of ground
Flowers/Fruit: White flowers that bloom for 1-2 hours in the morning, in spring, summer, and fall
Toxicity: Not toxic
Uses: Can be ground up or applied directly to a wound to stanch bloodflow, and in dyes

Edelweiss

Description: This small flowering plant grows in plains and in mountain regions
Lifespan: 3 years
Size: Stalks up to 1 foot tall
Flowers/Fruit: Silvery white petals with yellow florets in the center
Toxicity: Mildly toxic
Uses: Used in gardens for their beauty, which symbolizes rugged purity. Florets can be used in tea blends

Giant redwood

Description: These regal coniferous trees are a sight to behold, growing tall with no foliage below 40-50 feet. Their trunks have a reddish bark and their needles range in color from light sage to deep green
Lifespan: 4,000 years or more
Size: 210-350 feet
Flowers/Fruit: Pinecones have a fleshy pit that has nutritional value
Toxicity: Highly, pinecone pits must be boiled to remove their toxin
Uses: Food, shelter, lumber

Hitan seaweed

Description: This seaweed grows exclusively in the shallow waters off of the Fiadh coast. It produces clusters of small fruit that is similar to an orange but is pink in color and has a sweet-sour flavor
Lifespan: 145 years
Size: 20-30 feet tall, leaves are up to 12 inches long, fruit is 3 inches in diameter
Flowers/Fruit: Hitan Oranges, produced in summer and early fall
Toxicity: The rind is very mildly toxic
Uses: Consumption, and the rind is used to make a paste which disinfects cuts

Indigo

Description: Indigo is a small flowering bush that often grows in the plains near streams or rivers, or on the border of wooded areas
Lifespan: Up to 45 years
Size: 3-5 feet high, 2-3 feet wide. Fruit is 1-3 inches long and oblong in shape
Flowers/Fruit: Flowers ranging in color from light blue to deep violet. Deep blue colored oblong fruit. Blooms in spring and early summer
Toxicity: Seeds are mildly toxic, expecially in smaller creatures
Uses: The fruit has nutritional value, the leaves are crushed and used in dyes and fragrances, the roots can be used in tea which dulls pain and nausea, used often in cultivated gardens

Kane

Description: (KAH-nay) A small fern bush with taller stalks which have small white flowers along the length of the stalk
Lifespan: 230 years
Size: 2-3 feet tall
Flowers/Fruit: White flowers in spring and fall
Toxicity: Non toxic
Uses: Herbal remedies, mild pain reliever

Lavender

Description: Flowering ground shrub with stalks protruding upwards, found in grasslands and plains
Lifespan: 10 years
Size: 2-3 feet high
Flowers/Fruit: Purple, or rarely yellow, whorls of flowers at the top of the stalk
Toxicity: Mildly toxic in large quantities
Uses: Used for herbs in cooking, and for making essential oils

Manai lily

Description: (man-EYE) This aquatic lily is named after the variant found in the Gulf of manach, which is the largest known. The lilys flowers in the morning and evening hours in varying combinations of vibrant whites, purples, and oranges. The pad is large, up to 25 feet in diameter, and green in color, ranging from dark to very bright green depending on location
Lifespan: Average 120 years, up to 300 years
Size: Flowers grow up to 8 inches above the pad. Pads range from 1ft in diameter, up to 25 feet in diameter
Flowers/Fruit: Flowers in spring and summer
Toxicity: Not Toxic
Uses: The flowers and leaves can be crushed to make a mind-focusing tea

Mojiretsu

Description: (MOE-jee-ret-soo) This plant consists of a thin, long stalk with a single green leaf at the top. Often grows in clusters
Lifespan: 5 years
Size: 3-4 feet tall
Flowers/Fruit: A teal flower which blooms in spring and summer
Toxicity: Extremely toxic
