This expansive desert covers the southern half of [[Reithe]] and is very different from its counterpart on the other end of the [[Sliabh Mountains]], the [[Pikwata Desert]]. This desert is home to an abundance and wide variety of species, as well as unique geological features

The distance between the [[Sliabh Mountains]] in the west and the [[Ehkehki Mountains]] in the east is 892 miles
