Remote monastery in the [[Flaithiuil Forest]] where the [[Solsikke River]] empties into [[Alcion Bay]]. The city is built over the river mouth, on the coastline, and the river is divided into five main channels as it passes through the city in a complex maze of waterways, waterfalls, pools, and gardens

The [[Solsikke River]] is named after the meadow which it carves out of the forest, which is heavily populated by sunflowers. The majority of the meadow valley is visible from the monastery, making for amazing views. The monastery harvests the sunflowers to make oil, seed, and tea products which it exports to the rest of [[Gerth]] and beyond

The monks of Lus Liath believe in leaving the sunflowers in their natural state, and thus make no efforts to cultivate the plants in any way. Instead, they forage through the meadows daily to gather materials. The bright red and orange clothing that the monks wear stands out sharply in the fields of yellow and green, making them easy to spot in an emergency and also adding to the beauty of the valley
