The Qihuatl (key-WHA-tull) are a semi-nomadic, avian race which rarely live on planet surfaces, preferring to nest among asteroid belts, moving with the galactic currents, migrating to new belts when appropriate. Eschewing the use of proper ships, the Qihuatl pull their nests in long caravans comprised of small floating stones collected on their travels, burdened with their belongings
