Neogah is an ancient [[ki spirits#Sura]] of air, born after [[Wodnes]] the [[ki spirits#Deva]] of air, and [[Fujen]], [[Enli]], [[Rudran]] and [[Aine]], the other [[ki spirits#Sura|Suras]] of air. Neogah is the Sura of creativity, expression, music, and dance. Neogah spends more time in humanoid form and interacting with humanoids than any other ki spirit, and is primarily focused on encouraging all the humanoid species to embrace the arts, and teaching individual humanoids to unlock their artistic potential, heading up several arts academies

==== Appearances ====
Neogah's pure elemental form is an elongated [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahedron|Tetrahedron]], and his humanoid elemental form has a slender, tall build and swirls very gently and smoothly. Neogah's animal form of choice is the egret

When in human form, Neogah manifests as a young adult human male with a lithe build, rose colored eyes, medium light skin, and wavy white and black hair streaked with vibrant colors according to his mood. He wears colorful, eclectic and often unpractical clothing, preferring clothing that wears lightly on the body or has striking cuts. He often wears a fair amount of jewelry inlaid with precious gemstones of varied colors, seeming to have an endless supply of new peices, which are said to be collected throughout the ages and are not conjured manifestations. He enjoys tall boots, sandals with overly complicated straps, painting his fingernails white, and painting colorful and ever changing henna patterns onto his skin
