Southernmost city in Gerth where the [[Casadh Channel]] meets the [[Fuechsin Seas]], a trade route city that links [[Gael]] to [[Aimsir]]. This city was founded in 0.369M BCE by the [[carragh#Lili Mute]] carragh clan, with the aid of the [[Baumeni]], in an attempt to provide a a safe haven for Lili Mute fleeing slavery and oppression across [[Aimsir]]. In 78 CE, Dheas officially joined [[Gerth]] after a unity referendum

The city was intentionally designed to be distinctly different from other Carragh cities. The buildings have no uniform architecture and are not exclusively made of stone. Wood, clay, and brick are used as well, and in some cases, extensively. The character of the city is colorful and light-hearted, in stark contrast to the Lili's troubled history

Departures from the city only leave in the morning to allow ships to avoid sailing at night due to the nocturnal [[fauna#Bull Octopus]]
