 +Scoilt is built at the base of the falls as the [[River Laidir|Laidir River]] spills over the plateau down to the [[Eorna Plains]]. Large water wheels capture the energy from the falling water, which is primarily used to cut timber making its way from the [[Honehe Forest]] down the Laidir River to [[Ceilidh]] and the other cities of the plains. The logs fall directly over the falls and are funneled downward, cut, and the dried before being packaged and floated down the river

A complex clockwork of elevators powered by the falling water transport people and goods up and down the city's length. Scoilt is best known for The Perch, a restaurant suspended among the waterfall and the waterworks with views of both the city and the plains below
