+Saboten is nestled high in the [[Teulell Mountains]], overlooking the cacti of the [[Seonin Forest]]. The city makes its livelyhood by fermenting the juices of the cacti in the forest below. The colder mountain temperatures provide the ideal climate to create the alcoholic beverage enjoyed widely across [[Gael]]. Despite this connection to the wider world, this city prefers to keep the rest of the country at arms length. Over the centuries, this attitude has caused the residents to develop a distinct culture from the rest of the country. This is seen in their attitudes and rituals surrounding the cacti and the juice they produce, which are both reverent and unfettered at the same time. The juice is produced in halucinogenic and non-halucinogenic versions, and the citizens of Saboten drink the halucinogenic version almost daily
