-====== Healing ======
-
-//See also: Medicine//\\
-
-When a player or non-player character is harmed, or has a disease or ailment, you can use your skills to heal them. Aquamancers and Pyromancers can learn abilities which allow them to use ki energy to heal another creature or themselves. You can also use traditional skills to heal them via Medicine. Either way, you will use your abilities to pass a Difficulty Check depending on how serious the wound/ailment is. Damage types and categories are found here.
-
-Healing applies to wounds or diseases, but in order to use healing for these purposes, your talent must grant you these uses. Medicine can be used to treat either wounds or diseases, including poisons.
-
-====Wounds====
-Wounds are caused by attacks that deal piercing, slashing, or burning damage. Use the table below for the DC. If a character has multiple wounds, you cure any wound for which your roll qualifies.
-
-^Wounds^Difficulty Check^
-|Light Damage|10|
-|Moderate Damage|15|
-|Serious Damage|20|
-|Critical Damage|30|
-
-  * If the wound was bleeding, the bleeding is stopped when the wound is healed.
-  * If the would was a burn, the pain damage associated with the wound is reduced to 1 point, unless the pain damage was a single point in which case it is removed.
-  * If the wound was bludgeoning damage, the pain damage associated with the original wound is removed, and the area is no longer susceptible to triggering additional pain damage.
-  * If the "wound" was dealt as non-lethal damage, healing received eases the pain damage from each wound by 1 point
-
-====Diseases====
-If a character suffers from a disease, use the table below
-
-|Mild, common ailment|Easy|
-|Uncommon ailment|Moderate|
-|Rare ailment|Hard|
-|Virulent ailment in late stages|Very Difficult|
-|Disease with no known cure|Near Impossible|
-
-====Recovery====
-
-After initial healing or tending to a wound, the wound must still be given time to heal before a complete recovery can be realized. Until the wound completely heals, any strenuous actions involving the wounded area (GM discretion) invoke a Will Save with a DC equal to the severity of the wound or disease, per the tables above. Failure to meet the save causes the wound to reopen, causing the same effects as when the wound was initially. Recovery times are listed below.
-
-If healing is received during combat, the recovery mechanic does not come into play until after the heat of battle.
-
-^Severity^Recovery Time^
-|Light|2 hours|
-|Moderate|24 hours|
-|Serious|72 hours|
-|Critical|1 week|
